Preparations derived from human, animal and plant sources are not interchangeable. For products of human cellular origin, we look for clear documentation regarding their source, material control, sterility and intended medical use. The word “human” on a label does not guarantee the product works for hair loss.
Application and evidence
Applying a product to the skin and injecting it require different regulatory approvals. Standard cosmetic documentation does not authorize a product for injection. That is why we must separately verify the local regulatory status and clinical evidence for each specific route of administration.
Incorporating them into your plan
During your consultation, we openly discuss the uncertainty surrounding the benefits and risks of these protocols. Exosomes do not replace proper diagnosis or well-established treatments simply because they are a novelty. The US FDA states it currently has no approved exosome products; this reflects the American regulatory context rather than the status of medical devices in Serbia.
