Standardized photographs
We always photograph your parting, hairline and the entire scalp from the same angles, under similar lighting and with a comparable hair length. Comparing wet and dry hair does not yield a reliable picture, which is why we insist on consistent conditions.
What we check during follow-ups
During a follow-up, we discuss how well you tolerate the treatment and whether you use it consistently. We then examine your scalp and compare the photographs. Often, we notice that shedding has stopped before we see an actual increase in hair density. If the progress is unexpected, we reassess the treatment plan.
When to adjust the approach
Repeating clinical procedures without a clear, measurable goal is ineffective. Sudden deterioration, scalp inflammation or entirely new symptoms require additional medical investigation. We agree early on what constitutes a useful improvement for your hair and decide when it might be time to adjust the approach.
